As a full-time member of the Waiting team at The Greyhound Inn, you will be responsible for making every guest’s visit to us a relaxing and enjoyable experience, providing a professional service but with warmth and personality.

Experience working in a Michelin Guide or multi-AA Rosette restaurant will be an advantage as we are delivering an exceptionally high standard of service. If you are friendly, attentive and meticulous in attention to detail then this is the place for you! 

Responsibilities will include: greeting and seating guests, taking and running food and drink orders, taking payments of table bills, laying and clearing tables, cleaning and maintaining the fixtures, fittings and equipment, making hot beverages, and setting up/closing down the restaurant each day.

We are looking for a willingness to learn, the ability to work well with others and a passion for hospitality.
