Chef de Partie

What we're looking for

As a Chef de Partie at The Greyhound Inn, you will be responsible for meal preparation and service for your own station, maintaining the hygiene standard of the kitchen, training and encouraging junior staff, working closely with the Head Chef in the design of new dishes and special menus, and supporting the Front of House team.

We are looking for a passionate chef with a willingness to learn, a good eye for detail, and an ability to work well under pressure. Experience in 2 Rosette-standard cooking is necessary, ideally in all sections, and a Catering and Food and Hygiene qualification is preferred.

Full-time, 4.5 days per week
